- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา
- ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากราคา และอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GST และ ภาษีอื่นๆ) ซึ่งอาจมีการผันแปร หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงของรีสอร์ทได้
การยกเลิก :
- ยกเลิกน้อยกว่า 45 - 30 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง Cancellation Charge 25%
- ยกเลิกน้อยกว่า 30 - 20 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง Cancellation Charge 50%
- ยกเลิกน้อยกว่า 20 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง Cancellation Charge 100%
- No Show Cancellation Charge 100%
หมายเหตุ :
- เอกสารประกอบการเดินทาง ใช้หนังสือเดินทางที่เหลืออายุการใช้งาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง
- ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น
- เพื่อความปลอดภัยของนักท่องเที่ยว รีสอร์ส่วนใหญ่ที่มัลดีฟส์ *ไม่อนุญาตให้เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี พักแบบ Water Bungalow ห้องพัก 1 ห้อง พักได้สูงสุด 3 ท่าน หรือผู้ใหญ่ 2 ท่านพักกับเด็ก 1 ท่าน (เด็กต้องมีอายุ 2 - 11 ปี หรือมีอายุไม่เกิน 12 ปี ก่อนวันเดินทาง)
- อัตราค่าบริการคิดำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาในการกรณีที่มีการขึ้นราคาตั๋วเครื่องบิน ภาษีเดินทาง ค่าประกันภัย ค่าธรรมเนียมน้ำมัน หรือมีการประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรืออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนได้ปรับขึ้นในช่วงใกล้วันที่คณะจะเดินทาง
- หากท่านถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศนั้นๆปฏิเสธการเข้า - ออกเมือง ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ถือเป็นเหตุผลซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนืออำนาจ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด
- บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่กองตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยงดออกเอกสารเข้าเมืองให้กับชาวต่างชาติ หรือคนต่างด้าวที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย อำนาจสิทธิ์ขาดเป็นของกองตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
- บริษัทฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
- ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยรวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
